Good ol’ reliable @CoxComm internet down again. Down since 4pm. Called, said it will be out until 6am. Unacceptable given they just raised my monthly payment by 27 dollars. Hopefully that money will help, but I’m sure it’s going into the CEOs pockets rather than infrastructure.

@CoxHelp It's secured. I went through all these troubleshooting steps yesterday when I experienced the same issue that was eventually reported as an outage. Modem reset, cable swap, virus scan, system updates.
