Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (25) Awakened Safiya is one of the strongest supports on PvP, she is used in one of the strongest PvP comps in the current meta. She is also extremely strong on Cursed Realm, Nightmare Corridor and Temporal Rift. She can also be great on Abysal Expedition and Campaign.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (26) Gavus is a very useful hero for PvP, Temporal Rift and Campaign. He can also be great on Cursed Realm, Nightmare Corridor, and Abyssal Expedition. He is a hero that improves your team on all game modes.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (27) Awakened Lucius is one of the strongest awakened heroes for Cursed Realm and PvP, but he is not that great on Nightmare Corridor and Campaign. He is also strong on Temporal Rift.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (28) Maetriais a very strong awakened hero for Treasure Scramble. She is also useful for Nightmare Corridor and some Cursed Realm rounds. She can also be very useful on Temporal Rift. She is also one of the strongest Campaign heroes, especially on Thoran comps. Her least relevant game mode is Abyssal Expedition because mage is the weakest class.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (29) Awakened Solise is great on several Cursed Realm and Nightmare Corridor rounds. She is the strongest healer for Temporal Rift and she is the core hero of a mid-tier PvP comp. She is also strong on Abyssal Expedition and Campaign.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (30) Awakened Antandra is a strong damage dealer for Cursed Realm, Campaign, Temporal Rift, and Abyssal Expedition, but she is quite mediocre on Nightmare Corridor and PvP.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (31) Awakened Baden is a great damage dealer on several Cursed Realm rounds. He is also great on Nightmare Corridor, but not as good as he is on Cursed Realm. He can also be useful on PvP, Campaign and Temporal Rift.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (32) Awakened Brutus is very useful on Temporal Rift and Abyssal Expedition. He used to be meta on Cursed Realm and Nightmare Corridor, but he is just a decent sub for meta heroes now. He has been outclassed on PvP, but he is still useful. He can also be quite useful on Campaign.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (33) Awakened Thane is a strong Awakened hero for Campaign and he can be very useful on PvP game modes. He can be useful in Abyssal Expedition, Nightmare Corridor and Temporal Rift.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (34) Awakened Talene is not a very strong hero and she is outclassed by all Awakened heroes mentioned above in most game modes. Her strongest game mode is Temporal Rift because she is an immortal tank and healer, so she can be very useful there. She is also useful for Campaign, but she can work even at Legendary ascension on this game mode. She is decent in PvP, but definitely not even close as important as the other five Awakened heroes mentioned above for this game mode.

Temple of Time Guide, Awakened Heroes Priority List | AFK Arena Guide (35) Awakened Ezizh is by far the weakest Awakened hero. The only game modes where he is great are Campaign and towers, but he works pretty well even at Legendary ascension. So you’ll basically never need more than one copy of him. He is mediocre or below average on all other game modes.

Explanation of the usefulness of Awakened heroes in each game mode

PvE (Campaign/Towers)

ABelinda, AShemira and Maetria are the strongest and most versatile Awakened heroes for PvE, both need to be ascended to carry your team at high level deficits. ABelinda is mostly used on Alna comps and Leonardo comps, but she can also work on Mehira comps, Eironn comps, and Tamrus comps. Maetria is great everywhere, including on Thoran cheese. AShemira is great to protect your allies, but she really needs her 9/9 furniture to unlock her true potential.

AThane, AEzizh, AAntandra and AAthalia are also very important Awakened heroes for PvE, but AEzizh only needs to be Legendary. AThane only needs to be Legendary in some very specific scenarios where you will want to use him just because of his awakened skill, but in most situations you will need him Ascended to carry your team. AAntandra and AAthalia only works at ascended ascension.

AEzizh is most commonly used to counter Flora comps or any other strong enemy that needs to be banished right at the beginning of the battle. AThane is a carry and he is used very often on Leonardo comps where you can permastun enemies. AThane also work without Leonardo as long as your team has a good CC.

AAthalia is an amazing damage dealer that can carry your team at extremely high level deficits. She doesn’t have a great survivability though. That’s why she is a tier below ABelinda and Maetria.

ABaden is a great damage dealer and he is most commonly used on Alna comps, replacing Grezhul, or Queen comps. ATalene also works pretty well at Legendary ascension, she is occasionally used on Queen comps too.

ASolise is a great healer with great survivability and great damage. She works pretty well as secondary damage dealer on Alna comps. ASafiya is a great buffer that deals a good amount of damage and it heavily increases your team survivability. ABrutus is one of the best damage dealers in the game and he has a great CC too. He works great on Leonardo comps and Queen comps.

Notes: all PvE recommendations above are based on very late game Campaign above 200 level deficits. At lower deficits, all awakened heroes are even stronger.

Notes 2: if you wanna see how PvE meta comps look like, check the our Late Game PvE guidewhere there is an explanation of each PvE comp.

PvP (Treasure Scramble, Heroes of Esperia, Arena)

ALyca, AShemira, ASafiya, Maetria, ABrutus, ABelinda, ASolise, AAthalia, AThane and ABaden are all great heroes on PvP. And these are the most common variations of their comps in the current meta:

The strongest comp is AShemira-Liberta comp, but ALyca, ASafiya and ALucius comps are also very strong. ABelinda comp and Maetria comp are very consistent comps in most situations. ABrutus, ABaden, ASolise and AThane comps are weaker than the other comps mentioned above in most situations, but they’re still good comps.

ATalene is significantly weaker on PvP than the other Awakened heroes mentioned above. She can be a decent option to build your 7th best PvP comp. AEzizh is by far the weakest Awakened hero on PvP.

Notes: if you wanna see how PvP meta comps look like, check the our PvP guide where there are examples of each PvP comp.

Cursed Realm

ABelinda is meta on all Cursed Realm bosses. ABaden is meta on five of the six CR bosses, but he is usually the carry of the strongest comp, so he is arguably the most relevant Awakened hero for CR. ABrutus and ASolise are also meta on five CR bosses. AAthalia and ASafiya are also meta on most CR bosses.

These are by far the top five Awakened heroes on this game mode. Maetria is the sixth best Awakened hero for Cursed Realm.

ATalene and AThane are great against two bosses only. And AEzizh is not meta on any of the bosses.

Temporal Rift

Temporal Rift has been reworked, so the meta is not focused on Might class anymore. Because of that, ABrutus is not top-tier anymore on this game mode, but he is still good. ABelinda, ASafiya and ASolise are the top 3 strongest awakened heroes for Temporal Rift. ABelinda is meta even at Legendary ascension.

AAthalia, AThane, Maetria and ABaden are also very strong carries for Temporal Rift, but they’re less impactful than the other three heroes mentioned above. ATalene is also really good, but not good enough to be a very high priority.

Again, AEzizh is by far the weakest Awakened hero on this game mode.

Abyssal Expedition

ABelinda is the strongest hero for Abyssal Expedition. AAthalia is the second best awakened hero here. ABrutus, ASafiya and ASolise are also top-tier because Might and Sustenance are the strongest classes on this game mode. AThane is the best Celerity hero on this game mode. ABaden is good, but not as good as AThane. ATalene is a good Fortitude hero, but she is not meta. Maetria is good, but not as good as the other awakened heroes. AEzizh is useless on this game mode.
